Instructions

1: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the Kurkure masala.

2: For the Kurkure, combine rice flour, besan, salt, and water until well mixed.

3: Prepare the Kurkure chaat by chopping onion, tomato, capsicum, and green chillies.

4: Add coriander, red chilli powder, Kurkure masala, black salt, and lemon juice to the chaat ingredients.

5: Let the mixed Kurkure ingredients cool down a bit.

6: Fry the Kurkure, covering the lid partially as shown in the video.
