Creamy Masala Maggi

1: For the white sauce, heat oil and butter in a pan.

2: Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3: Stir in maida and cook for a minute to form a roux.

4: Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.

5: Add pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, chopped capsicum, and sweet corn.

6: For the masala maggi, heat oil in another pan and add finely chopped onion and tomato.

7: Stir in chilli powder and dhania powder, followed by maggi masala and some water.

8: Add the Maggi noodles and cook with water as per package instructions.

9: Once the noodles are cooked, layer them in a mug and top with white sauce and mozzarella cheese.

10: Microwave for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.
